Our cattle are raised on Garff Ranch in Utah, a family operation known for its attention to detail and respect for the land. The herd grazes on open range and is cared for year-round by ranchers who understand how to produce clean, consistent beef. That foundation is what defines Brimstone.
Brimstone is led by Jonas Garff, Dane Willardsen, and Max Massey, three partners with a shared commitment to quality and integrity. Their goal has always been simple: to create products that speak for themselves through clean sourcing, honest work, and respect for the process.
